Robert Wilson has been editor of since 2004. Before that, he was editor of , founding literary editor of , book editor and book columnist at , and an assistant editor at . He has taught writing at the University of Virginia, George Mason University, American University, and Johns Hopkins University. He is the author of two biographies: (Scribner) and (Bloomsbury). His biography of P. T. Barnum will be published by Simon & Schuster in the fall.
