Before we proceed to ask what is the Gita’s teaching as expounded by Sri Aurobindo, let us keep in mind that Sri Aurobindo never shirked realty, including material realty and never sought to dilute it or water it down to make it more in line with traditional view or to make it more pleasant or acceptable. And the Mother says that her work was done in record time.
